Seibels is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team!  Are you a brand ambassador?  Graphics Design Master?  Love making a brand shine?  If you answered yes, join our team!  

 

In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating Seibels' branding and design by contributing to the development and execution of marketing and brand objectives.  Ensures that Seibels' products and services resonate with current and potential customers.  Strives to separate our brand from the competition.

 


Some of what you will be doing on a daily basis:  

1.    Helps evaluate, establish, and update media and graphic standards for the corporation.  Maintains documentation standards manual ensuring consistent messaging and branding across print and electronic media.

Implements marketing and campaign plans, including product positioning, campaign development strategies, and market strategy insights.
3.    Works with Sales and Marketing team and outside advertising firms, as needed, to assist with advertisement strategy.

4.    Oversees the set-up of specification and design of outbound marketing and/or product and system email campaigns to target audiences in order to increase effectiveness of programs and campaigns.  Creates email reporting dashboards and custom reports analyzing campaign performance in order to provide actionable recommendations and continuous improvement delivery on client email programs.

5.    Collaborates with Sales and Marketing team to develop design, branding, and advertising in preparation for trade shows and company events.

6.    Responsible for corporate promotional needs; works with vendors to research, order, and ship promotional items as appropriate.  Manages the inventory of promotional items for the marketing department and for other company departments.

7.    Works with Marketing team to create, proof, and edit sales materials and presentations.  Assists with preparation, coordination and development of non-technical writing for proposal efforts. Handles department administrative support functions such as processing invoices, ordering supplies, updating contact information, scheduling meetings and/or webinars, making travel arrangements, maintaining departmental files (electronic and hard copy), proofing documents, completing expense reports, and executing requests for material.

8.    Implements design and branding content for print and digital marketing campaigns, collaborating with both internal and external resources as needed. Primarily responsible for the backend maintenance of the website and shared responsibility for website content and design.  Responsible for creative and graphic design for all areas within the company.

9.    Coordinates with outside vendors as to complete assigned print projects such as brochures, folders, business cards (for both Columbia and Florida offices), and other related items. 

10. Stays actively involved and up-to-date with IT department in relation to new products and services we are offering to existing and new customers.

11. Collaborates with Sales & Marketing team to establish business development strategic plans, both long and short term, and executes those plans. Plays supporting role in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive business development, sales and marketing strategies, and relationship building activities

12.    Keeps updated on industry trends, technology advances, Sales & Marketing PR, and Services & Systems Presentations.   Occasional travel to industry events, client sites and company events, to assist and stay abreast of same.

Must haves:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications and 1-2 years marketing related experience preferably in an insurance or technology related company; OR equivalent in education and/or industry experience. 
  • Graphic design experience required.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint). 
  • Experienced with Dreamweaver, Photoshop and Adobe InDesign or other similar software products.
  • Knowledgeable of insurance processing and inquiry systems a plus.
  • Completion of insurance industry coursework or training a plus.
